As a volunteer weatherman, Eric has been keeping daily records of our island's weather for the federal government for over 50 years.

I dropped by the Boulton Farm to have a coffee with Eric and his wife Sue; and we talked about the weather, and Eric’s weather-keeping, and farming, and even a little politics. Basically the holy trinity of farmer conversations all over the world.
